Shipping fees depend on your location and order weight, and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time: ~14 days. Please note that some products may take additional time for processing and delivery.

Lost/damaged Package

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped, including issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your order and shipping details are correct before placing your order.

In cases where an incorrect shipping address is provided, if the parcel is still in a nearby storage facility (e.g., the carrier's local hub), we may be able to reship the package. However, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to trace it. If the item cannot be recovered, we can offer a 30% refund or 50% store credit (excluding shipping costs). If a replacement item is available, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for the replacement.
