Exchange:

All sales are final for international customers, and we do not offer exchanges.

Refund & Return:

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty. Faulty items must have a refund request made within 72 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, unedited video of you unboxing the item as proof of the condition upon delivery.

  • Item Condition: The item must be unworn, in new condition, with the tag attached.

If the item is confirmed faulty:

  • We will offer a full refund.

  • Any issues unrelated to quality will not be accepted.


To request a refund for a faulty item, please contact us via support@adu-worldwide.com with your unboxing video and order details.

Repair:

Currently, we do not offer repair services for international customers. All sales are final, and we do not provide repair options for items once they are shipped. If you encounter any issues with the product, please refer to our Refund and Return policy for faulty items.
